Welcome to the Mater Dei Preschool Program! The purpose of our program is to provide a positive early educational experience for your child. The program offers each child activities which address his/her total needs: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Our commitment is to bring Jesus to the hearts of the children entrusted in our care. We will strive to provide a loving and safe environment that encourages socialization, creativity, experimentation, and 21st century learning. A "hands on" approach to learning is stressed.

  • Please be sure to sign your child up for Vacation Bible School at Mater Dei! Mrs. DiMascio will be teaching the Preschool group! It is always a really fun week!
  • In our seventh year, we are energized by the recognition as a 2018 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.  We invite you to honor this special occasion through our TitleWish Initiative, which will allow us to fill our media center with high-quality educational resources and books that will provide even more academic opportunities for our students. Please help us reach our goal of $2500.00 by clicking on the link below before May 3rd.  Each donation will be acknowledged with a special bookplate inside all of the newly purchased materials. Thank you for your help in allowing us to provide the best education for all of the students at Mater Dei Catholic School where we celebrate Faith, Excellence, Service, and Community every day!
  •   We really need your help now that the weather is warmer. Many children are coming to school with new sweatshirts that are not labeled. The children are often unsure of which item is theirs because we have so many that are similar. Please be sure to label ALL of your child’s belongings. We appreciate all the help you can give us. Also, please be sure that your child is wearing sneakers every day. The children are going to be playing on the playground as much as possible. We can not allow the children to climb if they are wearing boots or dress shoes, as they can slip off of the equipment easily. Thanks so much!
  • We have a peanut and tree nut allergy in our classroom, therefore, we will remain nut free!!
  • There are still a few spaces left for Lunch Bunch for half day children.  If you are interested, please send in the paper as soon as possible to secure a spot.
  • AM and PM aides Mrs. Jess Miles and Mrs. Eileen Moore

My name is Margie Bauder. I am so happy to be starting my fourth year teaching preschool at Mater Dei Catholic School. I am proud to say that I have a long history with Saint Stanislaus/Mater Dei Catholic school. I, along with my six children, are all SS/MD alumni! I continued my education at Montgomery County Community College and Gwynedd Mercy College earning my degree in Early Childhood Education. My goal as an Early Childhood educator is to develop a love of learning and a positive preschool experience for every child in my care and I am looking forward to an awesome year!
