Keep an eye on the weather!  Morning/Lunch recess is outside unless the temperature is below freezing!  Make sure you have a coat, hat, gloves/mittens each day. Remember if we have a late start due to weather, the children are permitted to wear their Gym uniforms.

VALENTINE'S DAY:  we will not be having a formal Valentine's Day party. If the students want to bring in Valentine's or a small treat (candy or cookies) they are more than welcome.  We will share them during snack on Thursday morning.

students are encouraged to bring in loose change for the coin drop in their classrooms beingheld this week.
DRESS DOWN OPTION  Friday, February 15 is a "BLUE" out!  All students are to wear their Blue Ribbon shirts in celebration of the Polar Plunge
PEP RALLY  all are welcome to attend the annual Polar Plunge Pep Rally in the gym Friday, February 15.  The program begins at 9:30
EARLY DISMISSAL  there is an early dismissal scheduled for Friday, February 15.  Dismissal is at 11:30 am
DAY OFF  Monday, February 18 is President's Day.  There is no school for students

Welcome to Mater Dei Catholic School! I hope you are excited to be a part of our school family! My name is Deb Larson; I am a proud graduate of St. Stanislaus School and Lansdale Catholic High School as are both of our children.  My family resides in Lansdale and we are members of St. Stanislaus Parish. Since graduating from Millersville University in 1983 with a B. S. in both Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, I have been teaching at St. Stanislaus School and now Mater Dei for the past 35 years!. I have taught in first and third grades, the Library, 4th grade Language Arts, 6th grade Language Arts, 7th and 8th grade Honors Language Arts, and 7th grade Religion. This is my fourth year in 5th grade and have loved every moment of watching the children grow in love of the Lord, academics and athletics.
