ABOUT ME

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics from York College of Pennsylvania. I have been an educator in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for 26 years, and have been fortunate to share my love for mathematics with my students.  This is my 12th year teaching Honors Math to Grades 4-8 at Mater Dei. All of my former years teaching in the Archdiocese have been at St. Stanislaus Parish School and St. Rose of Lima School.

Students will be given the tools and opportunities to develop their strengths in mathematics, geometry, and algebra in the Honors Math program.  I am excited to continue our journey this year at Mater Dei!

Seek Jesus in Others
"Seek Jesus in Others" is our focus for the new year. The creation story teaches us that God did not intend for us to live in isolation, but more importantly, we are made for each other. "Seeking Jesus in Others" reminds us to find the good in one another and to validate each person's dignity. By focusing on our relationships with one another, we will continue to create a sense of belongingness for all community members to mirror our hallmarks of Faith, Excellence, Service, and Community.
