Enroll: When enrollment opens and your Application is approved, you will automatically be sent an Enrollment Packet. Submit the Enrollment Packet as soon as possible to secure your child's seat.

Age Requirements (by September 1st):

• Students in Pre-K3 must be 3 years old.
• Students in Pre-K4 must be 4 years old.
• All Pre-K students must be fully toilet-trained.
• Students in Kindergarten must be 5 years old.

Enrollment Timeline
Late September: Applications open to all prospective families and new siblings
October 1, 2026: Enrollment opens for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 siblings of current students and parishioners of our school parishes
November 2, 2026: Enrollment opens for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 non-parishioners
November 16, 2026: Enrollment opens for Kindergarten through 8th Grade
Enrollment continues until grade levels are full.

2027-2028 RE-ENROLLMENT FOR CURRENT FAMILIES

The Continuous Enrollment period runs from October 15, 2026, to November 15, 2026. 

The Continuous Enrollment concept assumes that once enrolled, a student will continue their education at Mater Dei Catholic each school year until 8th-grade graduation. You can find the full Continuous Enrollment Policy in the school Handbook located in your FACTS Family Portal.

Enrolling New Siblings
Current families can enroll new siblings during the Continuous Enrollment period (Oct. 15 - Nov. 15, 2026). New siblings entering Pre-K3 or Pre-K4 with a completed application are eligible to enroll as of October 1, 2026.

• Apply: Complete an Application.
• Enroll: When enrollment opens and your Application is approved, you will automatically be sent an Enrollment Packet. Submit the Enrollment Packet as soon as possible to secure your child's seat. The registration fee for the new student will be waived due to the re-registration fee paid for your currently enrolled student.

Accessing Forms
The Program Selection Forms for Pre-K and Kindergarten, as well as the Opt-Out Form, are accessed from your FACTS Family Portal:

• Log in to your FACTS Family Portal
• Click ^ next to SCHOOL on the left side
• Select WEB FORMS
• Select the 2027-28 Re-enrollment Options Form
• Select the form you need in the box next to your child’s name
• Complete the form and select SAVE to submit.

Fees & Billing

• $250 per family re-registration fee, billed Nov. 30, 2026, through FACTS for all families who have not submitted the Opt-Out Form
• Non-refundable
• Fee waived if enrolling a new sibling

Students who are not returning

Per the Mater Dei Catholic Continuous Enrollment Policy, if you decide NOT to re-enroll your student, you MUST complete an Opt-Out Form before the close of the Continuous Enrollment period.

The Continuous Enrollment period runs from October 15, 2026, to November 15, 2026. 

You can find the full Continuous Enrollment Policy in the school Handbook located in your FACTS Family Portal.

• Access the Opt-Out Form in your FACTS Family Portal
• If you do not complete the Opt-Out Form by November 15, 2026:
  • You are re-enrolling your child for the 2027-2028 school year.
  • You will have a guaranteed placement for the 2027-2028 school year.
  • You will be invoiced the non-refundable $250 family re-registration fee through FACTS on November 30, 2026.

Reminder texts to re-enroll will be sent throughout the month-long period until November 15th.
