The Continuous Enrollment period runs from October 15, 2025, to November 14, 2025.
The Continuous Enrollment concept assumes that once enrolled, a child will continue their education at Mater Dei Catholic each school year until 8th-grade graduation.

Accessing Forms
The Program Selection Forms for Pre-K and Kindergarten, as well as the Opt Out Form, are accessed from your FACTS Family Portal:
- Log in to your FACTS Family Portal
- Click ^ next to SCHOOL on the left side
- Select WEB FORMS
- Select the 2026-27 re-enrollment Options Form
- Select the form you need in the box next to your child’s name
- Complete the form and select SAVE to submit.

As a current family re-enrolling a rising Pre-K4 student for the 2026-2027 school year, you must submit a Program Selection Form during the Continuous Enrollment Period (Oct 15 - Nov 14, 2025).
- This form is accessed from your FACTS Family Portal.
- Once you submit this form, your child is re-enrolled and is guaranteed placement for the 2026-2027 school year.
- You will be invoiced the $250.00 family re-registration fee through FACTS on November 30, 2025, unless you are also enrolling a new sibling, in which case, your fee will be waived.
- If this form is not submitted by November 14, 2025, placement in the 2026-2027 school year is not guaranteed.
Kindergarten capacity is 75 students, and First Grade capacity is 50 students. Current students in Pre-K4 and Kindergarten will receive an email with re-enrollment directions on October 1, 2025.
As a current family re-enrolling a rising Kindergarten student for the 2026-2027 school year, you must submit a Program Selection Form.
- This form is accessed from your FACTS Family Portal.
- Due to the limited capacity in Kindergarten, students with a sibling at Mater Dei Catholic will be notified of acceptance by October 31, 2025.
- Beginning on November 1, 2025, families without a sibling registered at Mater Dei Catholic will be notified of acceptance. Due to the limited capacity in Kindergarten, priority will be given to students with siblings currently enrolled at Mater Dei Catholic.
- In order to be guaranteed a place in Kindergarten, a family’s tuition account must be current or not overdue more than 30 days.
- You will be invoiced the $250.00 family re-registration fee through FACTS on November 30, 2025, unless you are also enrolling a new sibling, in which case, your fee will be waived.
- If this form is not submitted by November 14, 2025, placement in the 2026-2027 school year is not guaranteed.
As a current family re-enrolling a rising First Grade student for the 2026-2027 school year, you must submit a 2026-2027 First Grade Intentions Form.

- Students with a sibling at Mater Dei Catholic will be notified of acceptance by October 31, 2025.
- Beginning on November 1, 2025, families without a sibling registered at Mater Dei Catholic will be notified of acceptance.
- Due to the limited capacity in First Grade, priority will be given to students with siblings currently enrolled at Mater Dei Catholic.
- In order to be guaranteed a place in First Grade, a family’s tuition account must be current or not overdue more than 30 days.
- You will be invoiced the $250.00 family re-registration fee through FACTS on November 30, 2025, unless you are also enrolling a new sibling, in which case, your fee will be waived.
- If this form is not submitted by November 14, 2025, placement in the 2026-2027 school year is not guaranteed.
As a current family re-enrolling a rising Grade 2 through Grade 8 student for the 2026-2027 school year, you do nothing.
- Your silence will imply that you are re-enrolling for the new school year during the Continuous Enrollment period.
- You will be invoiced the $250.00 family re-registration fee through FACTS on November 30, 2025, unless you are also enrolling a new sibling, in which case, your fee will be waived.
Current families can enroll new siblings during the Continuous Enrollment period (Oct. 15 - Nov. 14, 2025). New siblings entering Pre-K3 are eligible to enroll as of October 1, 2025.
To enroll a new sibling (in any grade):
- Submit an inquiry form.
- The Enrollment Office will enable the enrollment packet for the new sibling. When the packet is available for completion, you will receive an email with directions.
- Complete the enrollment packet available through your FACTS Family Portal.
- Pay the enrollment fee for your new student. The re-enrollment fee for your current student/s will be waived, so that you only pay the family fee once.
If you decide NOT to re-enroll your child, you MUST complete an Opt-Out Form.

- If you do not complete the Opt-Out Form by November 14, 2025:
- You are re-enrolling your child for the 2026-2027 school year.
- You will have a guaranteed placement for the 2026-2027 school year.
- You will be invoiced the non-refundable $250.00 family re-registration fee through FACTS on November 30, 2025.

2026-2027 ENROLLMENT FOR NEW FAMILIES
- Pre-K3 families may enroll beginning on October 1, 2025. Priority will be given to students who have a currently enrolled sibling.
- Pre-K4, Kindergarten, and Grades 1 through 8 enrollment for new students will start on November 17th, after Mater Dei's current families re-enroll.
To enroll a new student (in any grade):
- Submit an inquiry form.
- The Enrollment Office will contact you to schedule a tour. Families with students with an IEP or other services, as well as students entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grades, must also schedule an appointment with the Principal prior to enrollment.
- Following your tour, the Enrollment Office will enable the enrollment packet for the new student. When the packet is available for completion, you will receive an email with directions.
- Complete the enrollment packet available through your FACTS Family Portal.
- Pay the $250 enrollment fee for your new student.
Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade Age Requirements
- Pre-K3 will accept students who turn three years old by September 1 of the admission year.
- Pre-K4 will accept students who turn four years old by September 1 of the admission year.
- Kindergarten will accept students who turn five years old by September 1 of the admission year.
- First Grade will accept students who turn six years old by September 1 of the admission year.
