Welcome to Mater Dei Catholic Preschool Program! The purpose of our program is to provide a positive early educational experience for your child. The program offers each child activities which address his/her total needs: physical, emotional intellectual, and spiritual. Our commitment is to bring Jesus to the hearts of the children entrusted to our care. We will strive to provide a loving and safe environment that encourages socialization, creativity, experimentation and 21st century learning. A "hands on" approach to learning is stressed
IMAGINATION PLAYHOUSE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Welcome to Imagination Playhouse! The Imagination Playhouse is a two day a week program for our youngest Mater Dei students. This program will run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00am-11:30am. It is designed for 2 1/2 - 3 year old children and will incorporate a hands on and multi-sensory approach to learning within a nurturing enviornment. Stories, music, art, and play will support and enhance our themes. Children will also learn and practice their social skills and problem solving. This will be a great first step into your child's journey of learning!

Dear Families,
I can't believe that this is the last week of school! I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all of the time and energy that you put into our e-Learning program. I know that these past few months have been very difficult but I am extremely proud of everyone's hard work. I'm glad that we were able to connect through our Zoom calls, they really meant a lot to me. I miss our class more than you can imagine! I have enjoyed our class so much and it was a joy to teach and to get to know them. It always amazes me how much each child grows throughout the school year. Our class has made great friendships and learned so much. I am so proud of everything they have accomplished! Thank you for sharing the gift of your children with me. This is definitely a school year we will all never forget!
ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Katie DePaul. I teach the four year old, three day a week program, Imagination Playhouse, and run our Lunch Bunch program. I attended DeSales University and earned a bachelor's degree in both Elementary and Special Education. I have taught preschool for the past seven years and this is my first year teaching at Mater Dei. I currently live in Southampton with my husband Peter and our son Gabriel. I am looking forward to a great year!
