~ Mary, Be Our Vision ~

Mrs. Amanda Sitoski
Classroom Pre-K 4B

The purpose of our program is to provide a positive early education experience for your children.  The program offers each child activities which address his/her total needs: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.  Our commitment is to bring Jesus to the minds and hearts of the children entrusted to our care.  We will strive to provide a loving and safe environment that encourages socialization, creativity, and experimentation.  A "hands on" approach to learning is stressed.

  • 10/23: Cubs Club 3:15-4:15
  • 10/25: Trunk or Treat
  • 10/30: Preschool Halloween Party
  • 11/1:   School Closed

  • This week brings lots to learn and explore.  For the next two weeks, in Religion, we will be focusing on Halloween and All Saints Day.  We will celebrate all the beautiful Fall gifts from God, as well as learn more about pumpkins.  Letter H will make a visit this week and show off his happy hair.  We will continue to learn the letter sound, how to write the capital and lower case, and name some words that start with H.
  • Please email me if you would like to our PK4B homeroom parent.  The main purpose of a homeroom parent in preschool is to send a letter home around Christmas, so there is no need to shy away if you work full is a very small commitment! If you are interested, please let me know. I will choose a name at random from the parents who emailed me. Thank you!
  • Our classroom aides are Mrs Volpe (4 days) and Mrs Kilczewski (1 day).

Have a wonderful week!

Welcome to PreK4! My name is Amanda Sitoski and I am the PK4B teacher. I graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2002 with my degree in Elementary Education. I spent three great years teaching fourth grade at St Anne School in Bethlehem. My husband's job brought us to the Philadelphia area where I worked in Kindergarten and PreK for several years. After taking some time off with my kids, I was blessed to find Mater Dei!  This is my fourth year at our great school! I live with my family in North Wales. My daughter Lily is 12 and my son Thomas is 10.   We enjoy camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. I can't wait to help your child learn and grow on the path to Kindergarten readiness!
