ANNOUNCEMENTS

This week brings more learning and fun in PK4B!  Our week starts off learning about Martin Luther King Jr.  We will honor his legacy by learning about how we can do acts of kindness each day.  We will also learn that God Made Light.  We will name where light comes from, explore the sun, and retell the story of Jesus healing the blind man.  Letter Y will be teaching us about its sound, letter, and words that begin and end with Y.  We're continuing writing numbers 1-10, our names, and the letters we have learned so far.  We are working on starting at the top and staying on the correct lines when we write.
Our Mater Dei community is looking forward to Summer Camp Vibes!  Please reach out for more information!

Have a wonderful week!

ABOUT ME

Welcome to PK4B and to Mater Dei Catholic School!  I graduated with my Elementary Education degree from Bloomsburg University in 2002. This year will be my 18th year in education and 6th year at our amazing school. My husband and I live with our two kids and pet turtle in North Wales.  Lily is a busy 8th grader and Thomas is an energetic 6th grader.  As a family, we love cheering on Notre Dame, camping, and playing games.  When I have free time, I enjoy cooking, crafting, and going for walks.  I couldn't be happier teaching PK and helping your child learn and grow on the path to Kindergarten readiness!
